Wayne Henderson is a master guitar maker in western Virginia. Each year he has a guitar competition and festival in June.  This year we'd like to send a winning local youth guitarist to carry the Hampton Roads banner.  We'd also like to webcast some of the more interesting acts so folks in Hampton Roads (who can't make the 8 hour drive) can enjoy the music.  Where will our video crew come from?  We're sending a team (with chaperone) from a local high school videography club.
