A great author who I really enjoy reading is Tom Rath....

...and I like Mr. Rath's books because they are all insightful and are based on extensive research, largely by the Gallup organization, one of the world's leading research firms on human behavior.

Several years years ago after reading Tom Rath's new book, "Are You Fully Charged?", I found it to be a great roadmap to finding more joy in work and using fullfilling, puposeful work as a key step to improved wellbeing.

As I said, Tom Rath has been a well-respected author and co-author on a number of excellent books based on research done by Gallup, Inc.  This particular book really hones in on the parallels between doing good work and working and living well.  I recommend it for any and all participants in any large scale healty population improvement project.  Beyond the great insight and key applications which leaders of health management movements of all kinds will find relevant and beneficial, it is particularly useful to almost anyone interested their personal health improvement or of that of others as it provides chapter after chapter of healthy tips for working well and living a more purpose-filled, meaningful life and being healthier in the process.
