Yesterday I read an interesting article written by Kathryn Mayer for about the incredible growth in healthcare costs according to a study by employee health benefits consulting firm Aon-Hewitt.  While the article focused on the overall growth in spending globally, it also indicated that the growth is huge in the United States.
