It has been suggested that it would be helpful to provide some background.....

...on the company that is providing the CareTrek comprehensive addiction recovery employee assistance program, RecoveryTrek.

RecoveryTrek is a Treatment Monitoring, Third Party Administrator, and Technology Solutions Provider working with Substance Abuse Treatment programs and their Participants. Our Third-Party Administrator service involves complete information management and random compliance testing of the treatment program. This includes monitoring a daily check-in from all Participants where they learn their requirement regarding random test selections and receive status updates on their treatment progress.

Even more, we readily handle any scheduling, collecting, analyzing, tracking, billing, reporting, and resolving of issues-and focusing on more valuable and strategic work.  Formed in 2010, RecoveryTrek principals have well over 100 combined years’ experience in serving clients in health care, drug testing, and information technology. Specifically, we have over 20 years’ experience in drug testing and monitoring services. RecoveryTrek’s principals were instrumental in building the first monitoring program services and software technology many years ago, setting the standards for today’s solutions.

RecoveryTrek’s core business is to provide licensee testing and monitoring programs via advanced technology solutions. Unlike our competitors who provide employment screening solutions and attempt to ‘reuse’ their services, RecoveryTrek was formed to focus on and serve recovery monitoring programs. The technology we bring together—RecoveryTrek’s Success Management Software (SMS), the Participant Portal (Phone IVR and web-based applications), MobileTrek (the first participant recovery monitoring mobile application), and MobileBAC (fully integrated mobile breath alcohol testing); are all proprietary applications owned by RecoveryTrek.

RecoveryTrek is a “Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business” (SDVOSB), registered and certified by the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). Presidential Executive Order 13360 of 2004 directs federal agencies, in conjunction with various Small Business Acts, to provide business support and contracting preferences for SDVOSBs at all levels of government. Many patriotic companies seek SDVOSBs to do business with due to their stability, federal governmental support services, and their high record of performance, integrity, and skills within the industry they operate.
